Sam is a digital and film photographer based in Washington, DC. His work is predominantly documentary photography that tells consice stories about the human situation. Themes include animal expression within a built environment, indirect community interactions, and the absurdity of reality. Sam’s intent is to embrace the authenticity of human inanity in a digital and physical ecosystem that often enforces a narrative against such a perspective. Recently, his work has also focused on the creeping influence of fascism within American government and culture.
